Welcome to the official website for Broadway actress Michelle DeJean. Having just finished up the 3rd national tour and a run on Broadway as Roxie Hart in CHICAGO, Michelle is currently playing at the Ambassador as Mona Lipschitz. She will also be playing Roxie soon, check below for dates!

Michelle was recently awarded an honor by the
Virtuosi of Houston, which is a fine arts organization for young musicians in the country. The Virtuosi of Houston was originally formed to increase education and performance opportunities leading to a music profession for Houston's exceptionally gifted middle to high school students. Each year they award a different genre and this year was Broadway and pops. Michelle sang "As Long As He Needs Me" from OLIVER! A new arrangement was written for her and she was accompanied by the amazing seventy piece Virtuosi orchestra. The award ceremony was held April 12th in The Legends Ballroom at the prestigious Hotel Intercontinental in Houston TX. Congratulations, Michelle!!
In other news, Michelle will be playing Roxie for quite a few performances in the near future. The dates are June 2nd through July 13th, which is during Mya's last six weeks; and May 24th and 25th, all four shows. Check back frequently for updates!
